This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and ("Website, Software & Database Design Solutions") ("WS&D Solutions") for the use of the "Electronic Leader's Book" software ("Software").
1. Grant of License: Company grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the "Electronic Leader's Book" software. The license is for use on a single device, and the User may not sub-license, sell, or distribute the Software.

2. Ownership:
User acknowledges that the "Electronic Leader's Book" Software is the property of Company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3. Restrictions:
User may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the "Electronic Leader's Book" Software.

4. Support and Updates:
Company may provide support and updates for the "Electronic Leader's Book" Software at it's discretion, with no obligation to do so. User may be required to install updates to continue using the "Electronic Leader's Book" Software.

5. Warranty and Liability: The "Electronic Leader's Book" Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Website, Software, & Database Design Solutions (WS&D Solutions) is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the "Electronic Leader's Book" Software.

6. Termination: Website, Software, & Database Design Solutions (WS&D Solutions) may terminate this Agreement if User breaches its terms. Upon termination, User must cease using the "Electronic Leader's Book" Software and destroy all copies.

7. Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state of Florida.

8. Grant of License:
Upon payment of the applicable fee, WS&D Solutions ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee")
a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Electronic Leader's Book software (the "Software") and any
associated license key(s) issued by Licensor for the sole purpose of using the Software in accordance with the terms
of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA").

9. License Key Activation:
Licensee shall receive a unique license key to reactivate the Software. Licensee may use the license key solely to reactivate and access the Software on a single computer or device. The license key are confidential and may not shared, transferred, or disclosed to any third part.

10. Restrictions:
Licensee shall not:
a. Share, distribute, or transfer the license key(s) to any other party.
b. Use the license key(s) on more than one computer or device simultaneously.
c. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
d. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
e. Use the Software for any purpose other than its intended use as described in the Software documentation.

11. License Key Revocation:
Licensor reserves the right to revoke or terminate Licensee's license key(s) and access to the Software
in case of any violation of this EULA or misuse of the license key(s). Licensor may also take legal action to protect its intellectual property rights.

12. Upgrades and Support:
Licensee is entitled to free upgrades and technical support as long as Licensor offers such services. Licensor may,
at its discretion, discontinue support or offer paid upgrades in the future.

13. Ownership:
Licensee acknowledges that the license key(s) and the Software are the exclusive property of Licensor
and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

14. Termination:
This license is effective until terminated by Licensee or Licensor. Licensee may
terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software and license key(s). Licensor may
terminate the license if Licensee breaches any terms of this EULA.

15. Miscellaneous:
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Website, Software, & Database Design Solutions (WS&D Solutions) regarding the "Electronic Leader's Book" Software. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.

16. Accounts and Passwords:
You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your user name and password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login, whether authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify WS&D Solutions of any unauthorized use of your registration, user account or password. You are responsible, and not WS&D Solutions, for personnels' user names, passwords, and their privacy.

17. Community Conduct:
You agree that WS&D Solutions forum is an on-line community that derives value from the participation of members in the creation of content (such as text messages and other media) that may at times be presented or transmitted across WS&D Solutions forum provided services in the performance of the service. You agree that engaging in on-line activity with other users may change the user experience and/or subject you to content not directly created or condoned by WS&D Solutions. You understand that while WS&D Solutions will take necessary measures to prevent the proliferation of material that do not meet our Community Standards, it may not be possible to completely prevent user violations in real-time. You further understand that WS&D Solutions will work with our existing administrative teams to prevent user creation of material that does not meet our Community Standards within the WS&D Solutions product environment and that we may take action to limit user access to WS&D Solutions softwares in cases where violations take place. You understand that WS&D Solutions must take reasonable measures to ensure the acceptability of user created content and at our sole discretion we may elect to remove, or not, content provided by users of the Product. Content deemed to be unacceptable includes profanity, pornography, threatening behavior, abuse, exclusion of members or actions intended to make individuals or groups of individuals feel unwelcome. WS&D Solutions, our Service Administrators, volunteer moderators and employees will have final say on all decisions related to suitability of content. Habitual, intentional and repeat violators of community standards may have access to the community suspended or revoked without recourse.

18. Refunds:
The Electronic Leader's Book is only compartible with Windows 10 & 11. Read all disclosure and manuals for compartibility capabilities. Electronic Leader's Book is not a refundable product. We at WS&D Solutions guarantee a robust software application in the market. If you find that there is an issue with the Electronic Leader's Book, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.

19. Applicability:
You agree that this EULA is governed by the laws of the Florida and the laws of the United States of America. If you use the Software outside the United States of America in a place where more restrictive laws may apply to this EULA, then you agree to waive your more restrictive rights in favor of those outlined by this EULA. In the event that this Agreement conflicts with any law under which any provision may be held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over WS&D Solutions, such provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of this Agreement will remain valid and intact; The failure of either party to assert any right under this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any that party’s right and that right will remain in full force and effect; You agree that without regard to any statue or contrary law that any claim or cause arising out of the use of this Software must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause arose or the claim shall be forever barred; We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement and we shall be relieved of any further obligation. By using the license key(s) and the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If Licensee does not agree to these terms, Licensee should not use the Software or the license key(s).
