Redownload:
PLEASE NOTE! The Electronic Leader's Book has a Database in a secure server that saves contacts. Which means that if your computer malfuction, you will not lose your soldiers' data.
You can save your soldiers data or any other data, by going to any of the print reports and click in the export button on top of the Report Window and you can export it by either choosing Exel, PDF, or Word Format.
If you sold your computer or it got damaged, you can redownload the Electronic Leader's Book by emailing us to support@wsdsolutions.net and send us your proof of purchase to use and we will email you a License Key to be used with your login credential. Your login credential was created by you when you registered before buying the Electrnic Leader's Book. If you can't remember your login credential, or don't have your proof of purchase, please explain that you forgot your credentials and or proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE! For your security and the security of your application, once you login using the License Key, a new key will be generated for you to log in the next time.
